Very few understand the banking system and where the money comes from and HOW it is created.

Once you understand these things, you understand why the GOVERNMENT forced banks to make the loans or suffer penalties. The banks caved in and made what they knew were bad loans.

Just google: “Obama Seeks to Mandate More Risky, Low-Income Loans”

It’s about the CREDIT and FRACTIONAL LEVERAGING and MONEY CREATION.

    Feeding the debt monster.

VerifiedNews: The banks dont want your
house, they want your money! You bought
    it, now pay for it!

The banks knew what they were doing. Due dilligence is the obligation of the lender. They knew they were giving out bad loans. It’s a scam to steal property through foreclosures.

Regardless, the banks have taken over americans rights last century!! And nobody had to pay property taxes to stay in their own dayum homes!!!!! Before you mention schools need taxes to operate there was schools back then without taxes payed from property taxes!!!!! Taxes are not supposed to exist!!!!!!

@bisexualbuffthug And how STUPID people are for buying things FARRRR more expensive than they can afford in a state largely comprised of morons and wannabes and ignorant it is to sign contracts that you neither read or are educated enough to understand.

“California dream” my ass. I wanna live in California to support my ego and degrade my intellect and reasoning abilities.
    ” I’m gonna live in California!!(says the adult CHILD) I’m gonna liv”… bang! bang!…..silence.

500K per 1000 square feet of wood and sheetrock,a mountain in the distance and a wayyyy overcrowded beach. A few thousand leak brained Follyhood liberal “stars” (morons) that you will NEVER see or be friends with a few hundred miles away. Now THAT is nothing but sheer idiocy.

700 MORONS per month that are STUPID enough to buy a house in California when they could have bought a house EIGHT times as nice for LESS money in many many other great and beautiful locations in the U.S. that DO have job openings!
R E A D and U N D E R S T A N D the contracts that you sign or it is YOURRRRR fault!!! Now the OTHER tax payers are having to bail people/banks out who made ignorant decisions. Are there exceptions to my “rule of ignorance”? Yes, BUT very verrry few.

    monkeyman1140: Blame the banks?
Thats bullshit, First time home buyers and
buyers with no money down. Having a 3,000 per month payment when you don’t even earn that much. How is that the banks fault? Deadbeats!

  11. By monkeyman1140 on Apr 25, 2010 | Reply

Blame the banks for this. There’s no need for a “trashout” because the items can simply be left in the house when it is sold, the new occupant can deal with it on their own dime or have a garage sale.

That’s because we don’t say anything. If we struck them back, they wouldn’t do such things. The government has been successful at keeping people isolated. We could take down the banks with just a few people. Watch my video!

Just think what would happen if you and your neighbors could stop foreclosures by doing ‘runs’ on the banks? You could reverse their fortunes. The banks are weak, if you organized, you could leverage them to get what you want.

  21. By antiforeclosurearmy on Apr 26, 2010 | Reply

That’s because people are divided and say nothing when their neighbors get foreclosed on and evicted. If they had neighborhood support, they could evict the banks! Watch my video, please.

I saw this video where houses in Detroit are only worth $5,000. I don’t think your friend knows where the real bottom is. What would happen if people organized and struck the banks back? Watch my video.

  23. By antiforeclosurearmy on Apr 26, 2010 | Reply

Yeah, these people know no bounds and just trash everything. Why do the people tolerate this behavior? If we could take away the power of the banks to evict, we could stop foreclosures and evictions. Look at my video.

I know this has to be done in order to sell the house but for god sake thats so wasteful!! There are people who could really use those things. It’s just so, so wasteful! I get that they have time frames they have to work with thats just stupid. These guys could even create a side business where they could sell of or auction (eBay) the big ticket items like computers and TVs and stuff.
