You make no sense. Do you know how a foreclosure works. Do you know that most banks dont work with these guys? They are just trying to grab (steal) some money and they picked the wrong guy. Nice profile Mr. Secret Banker guy.

He is. He could have sold it before the situation got to foreclosure. It is stupid people like these that drive up costs which are passed onto other bank customers or taxpayers via bank bailouts.

Property with a standing house on it is worth more than one with a pile of bulldozed crap on it.

Wait a few more months and you might just see banks and other places of interest bulldozed on YT. Everyone sell your car and buy a bulldozer. When the banks see that in your driveway, they might start actually treating people like human beings.

@ misserinchase The IRS is illegal and unconstitutional. It destroys lives on a daily or hourly basis. It’s the mafia..I mean govt money collector. Obvious you havent had a run in with the mob..I mean IRS. Maybe you work for them? Get your resume updated because you could be next.

They were going to foreclose on his house. How does a lien auction equal equity for the home owner? He would get nothing. Who’s the dumbass?

Fuck the Banks. Capitalism is a sin but it is a necessary evil to stay alive.. with just a little mixture of progressivism. Was Jesus a socialist because he wanted to help the poor?

The guy is not a hero. He is a complete dumbass! He only owed $160K on a $350K house leaving him with $190K in equity before he bulldozed it.

I wish we did this to our house before they took it from us. My mom didn’t have to let that man in the door and they knew we could not afford a lawyer. They lied to us. Crooked banks.

The IRS isn’t destroying lives—people make their own decisions. He tried to live beyond his means and his covetousness caught up with him.
I feel bad for the guy…but he got himself into that mess.
