Timeline shows Bush, McCain warning Dems of financial and housing crisis; meltdown
Written by admin on August 27, 2010 – 7:04 pm -The Bush Admin and Senator mccain warned repeatedly about Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac and what thus became the 2008 financial crisis — starting in 2002 (and actually even earlier — in the Clinton and Carter White Houses. Democrats resisted and kept to their party line, extending loans to people who couldn’t afford them — just like you would expect of socialists. Republicans and dems were once one party. They still have no different ideas, philosophy etc etc etc etc.. they are still working together.. under those that will give them money for nothing. I can’t tell either party apart.. they both do damage and can’t be trusted. I vote for community leaders that show affinity for social/economics not politicians they use fear and money to get what they want.

@bluepoet71 People keep saying this but not one senate Repblican voted for the healthcare fiasco so why do you keep calling both partys the same??

Most blacks, and white’s don’t even know that the KKK where made up of democrats. If you were to read the history of the democrat party, and the republican party, blacks might learn something. Even MLK, was a republican. If you look at his history, he never would of voted for Obama. MLK wasn’t at odds with white’s, It was the democrats he was at odds with. But they were able to hyjack the blacks. All the southern politicans who were blocking door ways, and turning hoses on them were democrats.

Franks and Schumer have got to be two of the biggest idiots to ever hit Washington D.C., and of course, Pres. Obama never weighed in as Sen. Obama…unbelievable!

Amazing, isn’t it? They were all warned and kept pumping up this government fiasco!! Barney Frank should be arrested for his continued comments on how well this corrupt company was!! Just heard today, that they lost 16 billion in the 4th quarter of last year..when is “enough enough”?

how nice to know this important story is being watched on youtube, and has barely been mentioned in the major media outlets.

Barney Franks needs to be booted.
Come on MA, you can do better than this guy.

I love it how when the left (Democrats) get caught screwing America up, they always fall back to the “the parties are the same” bullshit, lol.
No, they are the exact opposite of each other, which is why “bi-partisan” is the dumbest word in politics. THOSE are the people who can’t see the differences, as there should be.

And the Dems want the government to take over health care? Barney Frank, you’re awfully entertaining, but don’t touch my private insurance!

A number of you would be really interested in watching ‘Warning’ on the PBS website. It is a full length program.

tool dems step on their dicks AGAIN. No shocker. Give loans to fools who bail as soon as they have to pay a little more than they signed up for. No small print read, throw caution to the wind.

Barney Frank is an idiot. The guy makes me ill to even look at!

Pt1 The financial crisis is hardly a liberal problem in fact its just the opposite. There are too many people in this world who think it is acceptable to exploit peoples need by paying them subsistence wages and have social systems pickup the shortfall. This results in a relatively small percentage of people living golden lives, whilst the majority struggle from day to day for physical, spiritual and emotional survival.
By CruelSkies on Mar 8, 2010 | Reply
Pt2 The banks were rescued ostensibly with the lifetimes and labours of people in financial manacles; in doing this the government has produced a corresponding duty to ensure the majority of the population receives fair recompense for the parts of their lives they are forced to sell simply to survive.

Esham prepared the world for this 20 years ago with his Acid Rap album: Esham’s Booming words from hell. America is a suicidalist nation and that is a big problem, still to this day. So catch up to what’s being said in the streets of underground America!

Just look at 1:52 and you’ll see that arrogant creep Barney Frank sum up the Dem’s stance on this. And it was the Dems who wanted to give a house to anyone who asked – regardless of ability to pay – not the Republicans.

It’s funny that fox claims the Bushies wanted to regulate mortgage backed securities at FNMA but didn’t want regulation on the same securities at Lehamn Bros. et al, where the real problems were.
Fannie and Freddie never sold derivatives or credit default swaps, which was the powder keg that finally blew up.

@stanzistriker You can deny and attack all you want to those who disagree with you, but you cant deny the historical fact; this debacle is primarily liberal policies!

Are you blind or just stupid?
Or both?

dem’s had control over the house from 2007, they make the laws, and obama did not vote against any spending. Barney frank and the dem’s made the lending institutions a banking institution at a midnight meeting so, the Fanny and Freddy would come under the FDIC,hence be insured by the government. It is a BIG smoke show by the Dem’s who made the way for this crash to happen, and pulled the string so it would happen when it did.

@ohgrx They fillibustered every budget to get more money. Don’t rewrite history…
